SERVICE TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Community Service Manager, this position is accountable for the presentation and curb appeal of the community.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintains cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community with quality and attention to detail
  • May contribute to make readies by cleaning assigned units to ensure a spotless presentation
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors
  • Available for On Call Emergency Rotation
  • Supports Asset Preservation
  • Participates in minimizing expenses through inventory control
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws
  • Under the supervision of the Community Service Manager, assists in the procurement of materials as needed
  • Completes assigned tasks and projects as directed by the Community Service Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Quality attention to detail
  • Professional presentation
