Membership to S Club begins automatically, the day you move in and remains in place throughout your entire stay with us. When we created S Club, our goal was to find ways to tangibly deliver on our brand promise “the experience matters” for all our residents, every day.
S Club Mini
There is a world of fun just waiting for your little ones at Sequoia through S Club Mini. Whether they spend all of their time at home, or just before and after school, S Club Mini provides a nice way for our minis to interact with the office team and their fellow mini neighbors.
From the very first day of move-in, minis receive a pennant which is used to showcase a variety of buttons they can earn throughout their stay. Each button is unique to a specific accomplishment they have achieved. Click here for a list of buttons and eligibility. Once per year they are able to cash-in these buttons for prizes during our annual S Club Mini party! These parties are packed full of creative indoor fun, food, lots of laughter and great memories to be stored in their minds forever.
Our popular “Guess How Many Jar” is restocked monthly and allows minis to take a crack at solving this fun monthly mystery and during back-to-school time we are happy to reward our students with two complimentary S Club Mini pencils!
We haven’t forgotten our parents-to-be, we are happy to help you decorate your nursery, and prepare for your new arrival, by offering one of three accent wall choices for you to select from!

Pet Appreciation with Sequoia
From the first day you move in to a Sequoia community, you’ll know your pets feel at home. Our pets and pet parents are spoiled with pet treats, annual pet activities, and adoption fee reimbursements!
Upon move-in, each pet parent receives a special ID tag for their pet. Also, every year we celebrate with our animal friends by sending a birthday card. Cookies and treats are fully stocked in the office daily.
We are proud to reimburse the adoption fees if you plan to acquire an animal from the SPCA. Simply provide the adoption paperwork and we’ll remove the fee from your next month’s rent.
We don’t like getting on the scale, so we won’t make your pets do it either! Our relaxed pet criteria, allows us to house large breed dogs and does not take weight into consideration. We do have breed restrictions, so click here for a list of these.

Services
Our Sequoia team-members do all they can to make the experience matter for you each day. Therefore, we offer the following services at all of our Sequoia communities:
Dry Cleaning:
Limited on time? If so, simply drop your dry cleaning off with our office. We’ll send it out and notify you when it returns!
Valet Trash:
Each week we’ll pick-up your trash for you.
Package Delivery:
We not only accept and sign for your packages, but with your permission, we’ll deliver them to your home and leave them inside for you.
Facility Rental:
If you are planning on having a party in one of our recreational facilities, we’ll gladly put up a “Party in Progress” sign with a complimentary bouquet of balloons.
Glidden Paint:
We’ve preselected a palette of six Glidden accent colors for you to choose from. We are delighted to paint one custom wall of your choice at move-in.
EZ Connect:
Moving is tough; but setting up your utilities, changing your address, and forwarding your bottled water or magazine subscriptions doesn’t have to be! Click here to get started!
Refreshment Bar:
Each of our communities is adorned with our signature refreshment bar. Come down to the office daily to enjoy complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea.
Events:
Each of our communities hosts events every three months. These range from poolside barbeques to dessert and coffee by the stars. Once you are a Sequoia resident, you will be assigned a unique username/password to access a special portal which provides up to the minute information on upcoming event opportunities!
Frequent Referral Program:
Team Sequoia is committed to creating referral-worthy relationships with our existing customers. If we have accomplished this goal, there is no better way to show us you’re happy than by referring your friends and family. To return the favor, we are pleased to offer a frequent referral program that allows you to earn more money each time your referral moves in!
