PAWS Program: We Accept Pets!

We are one of the few companies that not only accepts, but warmly welcomes, hundreds of breeds of dogs (regardless of size) and cats. Although breed restrictions apply, we love pets and invite you to bring your furry friends with you to our community office (where treats are always available!)

Reserve an Amenity: Play at Home

We are pleased to offer our community amenity areas for your personal use. To reserve an amenity area, such as theater, clubhouse, catering kitchen, or conference room, in the Resident Services Center at your community, please contact the office for details and restrictions.

*Rental fees are nominal, but may vary for different rooms and areas at your community. Not all communities have amenity areas available.

Renew Your Lease Program: We Make House Calls

No need to worry about coming to our office during business hours!  We are happy to set-up house calls, after hours, if it is more convenient for you to sign your renewal then. Our communities offer a limited number of lease terms in any given month, so it’s never too early to consider renewing your lease to ensure the best deal and terms suited to your preferences and needs. Contact your Community Business Manager for additional details.
