This program gives our team members an opportunity to help others and give back to the community in two ways:
• American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. Paid time to hold fundraisers and attend the event
• Local Philanthropy. Paid day off with the team to work and support a cause close to your team’s heart.

Smoke-Free!In today’s health conscious society, many of our residents have expressed a desire for a smoke-free living environment. In response to that feedback, we have designed a game plan to convert all of our apartment communities to be smoke-free. This means that there will be no smoking permitted within 25 feet of the building or inside of our apartment homes.
The process of this making this conversion to a smoke-free environment will take us two years. We expect to be fully smoke-free in 2012.
We are hopeful that this process will be swift and provide our residents with peace-of-mind that secondhand smoke will not be transferred in your building.
