Master Application:
Keep just one application on file with us, instead of reapplying as apartments turnover. Once you are ready to move a new client in, simply send over a new Letter of Responsibility and we’ll prepare your lease documents.

No Application Fees:
We’ll never charge you an application fee, once your master application is approved and on file.

Flexible Lease Terms:
Whether you need short or long term leases, we can get your client settled in quickly.

Low Move-In Costs:
The first five apartment suites you have with us will have a security deposit of only $100*. Once you have six apartment suites leased with us, we’ll waive the security deposit all together.

Direct Billing:
We can set up your apartments with direct billing and can accept payments via ACH check or credit card.

Furnished Suite Packages:
We can provide fully furnished apartment homes at an affordable price. We have a strategic alliance relationship with Brook Furniture Rental. All of the furniture we provide is leased through their company. To select a package best suited for your taste click here.

In addition to the above, your clients will receive automatic enrollment into SClub, which among other services, offers them door-to-door dry cleaning, valet trash, and package delivery.***
