Pet Appreciation with Sequoia

From the first day you move in to a Sequoia community, you’ll know your pets feel at home. Our pets and pet parents are spoiled with pet treats, adoption fee reimbursements, and annual pet activities!

Upon move-in, each pet parent receives a special ID tag for their pet. Also, every year we celebrate with our animal friends by sending a birthday card. In fact, during their first birthday they celebrate with us, we have a special gift for them!

Cookies and treats are fully stocked in the office daily. We are also proud to reimburse the adoption fees if you plan to acquire an animal from the SPCA. Simply provide the adoption paperwork and we’ll remove the fee from your next month’s rent.
