SClub:

Membership to SClub begins automatically, the day you move in and remains in place throughout your entire stay with us. When we created SClub, our goal was to find ways to tangibly deliver on our brand promise “the experience matters” for all our residents, every day.

In 2010, we know your thoughts are focused on how to stretch your rent dollars farthest. SClub is designed to protect your quality of life and to ensure your experience at all our apartment communities is positive. This past year, many industry operators faced significant layoffs and budget cuts. Ultimately these tough decisions were passed along to the residents of their apartment communities, both tangibly (increase in cost of living expenses), and intangibly (general customer service relations and resident programs). Sequoia is proud to announce that because of our fiscal responsibility over the past few years, we will not be cutting expenses in these areas. In fact, we are in a unique position to expand all of our current services and programs through SClub.

• FLEX Payment Options*:
Just in case you need another week or so to get caught up, we will let you pay your monthly rent in two payments!

• Instant Application Approval Process*:
Demonstrate your ability to pay rent, and we’ll process your full application and provide an answer the same day!

• Lease Break Forgiveness:
We will waive your lease termination penalties if you lose your employment this year!

• Transfer Concierge Service:
A seamless way to move, if you are relocated to a new area that is near another Sequoia Community.

• New Move-in Guarantee:
If you are dissatisfied with our community within 30 days of your move-in, we will let you out of your lease with proper written notice.

• 72 Hour Service Request Guarantee:
We promise to respond to any service request within 72 hours or we will credit you one day’s worth of rent for each day missed.

• Deposit Cash Back:
Have you been with us more than two years? If so, we will cut you a check for half the amount of your security deposit. No questions asked.

• Sharing the Experience:
It is a proud time to be a Sequoia resident! Our partnership with the American Cancer Society will enable you to give back in a BIG way without significant monetary sacrifice.

• Loyalty Rewards:
As the recession continues, we know our residents are spending less on recreation and entertainment. Therefore this year, we will design new resident activities and events that are both fun and inexpensive, as well as offer discounts and exclusive offers to a variety of major retailers, hotels, & more!**

• Dry Cleaning:
Limited on time? If so, simply drop your dry cleaning off with our office. We’ll send it out and notify you when it returns!

• Valet Trash:
Each week we’ll pick up your trash for you.

• Package Delivery:
We not only accept and sign for your packages, but with your permission we’ll deliver them to your home and leave them inside for you.

• Facility Rental:
If you are planning on having a party in one of our recreational facilities, we’ll gladly put up a “Party in Progress” sign with a complimentary bouquet of balloons.

• Glidden Paint:
We’ve pre-selected a palette of six Glidden accent colors for you to choose from. We are delighted to paint one custom wall of your choice at move-in.

• EZ Connect:
Moving is tough, but setting up your utilities, changing your address, and forwarding your bottled water or magazine subscriptions doesn’t have to be!

• Refreshment Bar:
Each of our communities is adorned with our signature refreshment bar. Come down to the office daily to enjoy complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea.

• Events:
Each of our communities hosts events every three months. These range from poolside barbeques to dessert and coffee by the stars.

• Frequent Referral Program:
Team Sequoia is committed to creating referral-worthy relationships with our existing customers. If we have accomplished this goal, there is no better way to show us you’re happy than by referring your friends and family. To return the favor, we are pleased to offer a frequent referral program that allows you to earn more money each time your referral moves in!
